A watch purchased from Jtime back in 2022 arrived looking great, BUT the movement did not work. The watch would run for about an hour, then stop.
Jtime was contacted, and offered to repair the watch, but shipping would be at the expense of the owner. The watched was shipped, and finally returned after TWO MONTHS! Excited to have a working watch after the added expense and very long lead time, NOTHING was done. The watch still stopped after an hour.
Jtime was contacted again, and again, insisted it was fixed and said to find a local watch dealer to (actually) fix it. A dealer said the movement was faulty and there was nothing they could do.
Jtime was contacted again, and agreed to repair the watch - again at the expense of the owner.
Another TWO MONTHS of waiting and the watch was returned in the same condition - looking great, BUT NOT WORKING.
This cycle continued two more times through the present day. Jtime has had the watch for TWO MONTHS again, and insists it’s getting fixed, but who knows.
There are many watch dealers for replicas. I suggest using a different one unless you want to risk getting a malfunctioning watch, then spending hundreds more in shipping for nothing.
